Invisalign in North Arlington, NJ
Our orthodontists, Dr. Jessica Greenberg, Dr. Pooja Rana and Dr. Grace Apigo, plan nearly invisible, removable aligners for kids, teens and adults with iTero 3D scans. Consultations are free under 18, and adult consultations are $90, credited toward treatment.

Is Invisalign right for me?
Our doctors treat many kinds of bites with Invisalign in kids, teens and adults, including complex cases. It works best when you wear the aligners as prescribed. If braces would treat your bite better, we will tell you plainly.
What happens during treatment?
We start with an iTero 3D scan, with no messy impressions. Our orthodontists plan every tooth movement on the 3D model themselves, so you can see the expected result before your first aligner. You wear each set about 22 hours a day and take it out to eat, brush and floss. At each visit, one of our orthodontists checks your progress and tells you when to switch to the next set.
What are attachments and IPR?
Attachments are small, tooth-colored bumps that help the aligners grip and move certain teeth. We bond them in a few painless minutes, and they come off when treatment ends. Some cases also use IPR, a gentle polish between teeth that makes room and can reduce black triangles near the gums.
Why choose an orthodontist instead of a general dentist?
Many dental offices offer aligners, but moving teeth is a specialty. Orthodontists complete two to three extra years of full-time residency focused on tooth movement and jaw alignment. Dr. Jessica Greenberg serves as Clinical Associate Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching orthodontic residents. We plan your whole bite, not just the front teeth, and we offer braces too, so we recommend what truly fits your case.
How long does Invisalign take?
It depends on your bite and on wearing your aligners as prescribed. Our orthodontists give you an estimate at your consultation and check that you are on track at every visit.
How long do the results last?
Retainers keep your new smile in place. Most patients wear them nightly at first, then cut back as we advise. Dr. Greenberg's retainer guide explains how.
What does Invisalign cost?
Your fee depends on your treatment plan. We review costs, insurance and payment options with you at your consultation.
Ways to make it manageable: interest-free in-house payment plans, zero-down options, 5% off when paying in full, FSA, and most major PPO insurance plans. See financial details.
