Consultation Fee & Refund Policy
Consultation fees, cancellations and refunds.
Adult consultations are $90. The fee is fully refunded if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are not refunded. If you start treatment, the $90 is credited toward your treatment fee. Consultations for patients under 18 are free. To cancel or request a refund, call North Arlington at 201.991.4447.
