Teeth that shifted after braces
Many adults had braces as kids and noticed crowding come back. Often a short course of Invisalign can fix it, followed by a retainer plan to keep it straight.

Small dark gaps between front teeth near the gums are common in adults. Planned IPR, a gentle polish between teeth, can reduce them during treatment.
